Nestled among live oaks in the beautiful town of Southern Shores on the Outer Banks, The Sea Pointe is great fun for families who want to have an active beachcation or couples looking for a quiet and private getaway.

Sip your morning coffee (or your afternoon sundowner) sitting on one of the decks while listening to the birds and the waves. Share your meals at the outdoor tables. The beach is just a few minutes walk down the street and you have access to three marinas and the Currituck Sound. Have a fun day of swimming, surfing, or watching dolphins, then come back to the house and jump in the pool for an afternoon swim. Or the other way around! Your choice…

There is also so much to enjoy in nearby Duck and Kitty Hawk. You’ll find great restaurants and shopping, as well as jet ski, paddle board, fishing, bicycle and kayak rentals.

You’re cordially invited to enjoy all the amenities The Sea Pointe offers you! Starting outside, you can sit ten comfortably at the outdoor dining table, which looks right out at the pool. Right behind the table are fun games that include life-size Jenga, Connect 4, corn hole and ping pong. Enjoy the outdoor speakers and ramp up the fun for you and your guests.

As if the pool itself wasn’t fun enough, we have lots of pool games, including basketball and volleyball. When it’s time to stretch out in the shade, simply put up the pool umbrella and lounge in the comfy chairs. Or soak up the sun to the soothing sounds of the waterfall.

The lower level includes the game room and two bedrooms; there is also a shared bathroom. The downstairs bedroom #1 has double beds that can sleep four, a 43-inch Roku TV, and a closet. The downstairs bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, closet and 43-inch Roku TV as well.

Now, about that game room… It’s a perfect place to relax and play for both kids and adults. You’ll find a 55-inch Roku TV, foosball table, pac man arcade, DVDs, books and more board games than you can imagine. It has a separate entrance from the side deck and you can easily access the outdoor shower.

Moving to the upstairs, bedroom #1 includes a queen bed, a closet, and a 43-inch Roku TV. Bedroom #2 offers the very same amenities. These two rooms share the hall bathroom. The main bedroom (#3) has a king bed, a dedicated bathroom, a 43-inch Roku TV and a master closet.

The shared spaces included a spacious living room with a large couch, 65-inch Roku TV, and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights… Or leveling up the charming atmosphere The Sea Pointe provides.

The kitchen offers you upgraded stainless-steel appliances, and equipped with, well, everything you need to cook and prepare any meal of your choice.

Step out onto the upper deck and look out at the backyard oasis and pool, sit in the gliding chairs and enjoy the outdoor fireplace, or supervise whoever’s cooking at the outdoor grill.
